hmm.. this post shall be about my CCA training for the week.. since school remains the same every single day.. Dragonboat is my cca.. tuesday was my second training as I was down with a sore throat and cough.. well, this training has almost taken my life away.. I run around the school 1 time and about 9 times around the track.. && it wasn't easy.. It takes a lot of mental & physical training.. I was jogging non-stop all the way during the first run until when it came to the last second round around the track.. I totally cannot take it anymore.. I decided to end the run with a brisk walk.. This running is so tough.. But I will not give in.. I will run more often to improve my weak stamina.. The pumpings were quite alright for me.. Pullups are a problem.. The sprinting part is also quite alright.. It is a good training but the running was hell-ish.. Thurs training was fun.. cos it was meant to be a team bonding day. yeah.. the run was a relax one.. pushup and crunches are relax too.. the team bonding games was astonishing! first we had to swim across the pool with noodle.. And it feels stupid.. but this is not so bad until the next game.. It was captain ball in the pool.. At first it was going fine.. But after 10mins into the game, the seniors started to rip off the freshies(year 1s)'s underwear.. it's like wtf.. then we all don't dare attack fearing that our underwear will be ripped off.. mine was rip off too.. && it was embarrasing cos I was wearing my mickey mouse boxer.. LOL! But the senior gave the freshies chances to rip off other's underwear too.. So i make good use of the chance to get my revenge.. I went to rip off two other freshies underwear.. LOL.. the last game sounds pervertic.. But at least we had fun & get bond closer tgt.. yeah.. that's my CCA.. I shall run more often!
